My husband called it another gimmick. Three weeks later he was the one telling me to order more.

I watched this video twice because I could not believe what I was hearing about that toxic plaque. I have had burning in both feet for almost four years. My doctor kept increasing the gabapentin and I kept feeling worse, not better. After watching the whole interview I understood for the first time why the medication was never going to fix the real problem. My neurologist was surprised at my last visit and asked what I had changed.

I drove to my son's house last Sunday without stopping once. First time in two years.

Diabetic neuropathy for eleven years. I had accepted that the tingling and shooting pain in my legs were just part of life now. What Dr. Benet explained about the myelin sheath made more sense than anything I had heard from my own doctors. The part about the island of Ikaria genuinely shocked me. I showed this video to my daughter and she immediately said we needed to look into this. I am grateful I watched the whole thing instead of closing it after five minutes like I usually do with these interviews.

Linda's story about the cookie cutter had me in tears. That was my life exactly.

I cried watching this because it was like hearing my own story. I had to stop crocheting with my granddaughter Emma because I could not feel my fingers properly anymore. The numbness had been creeping up from my feet for three years. I had never heard the words toxic plaque from any specialist I visited, and I have seen four of them. The explanation about why Ikaria has almost no neuropathy was the moment everything clicked for me. I am 71 and I had started to believe this was simply how the rest of my life would feel.

The part about Big Pharma suppressing the capsaicin research made me angry. I wasted eight years on Lyrica.

I am a retired pharmacist and I watched this with a very critical eye. The science Dr. Benet presented about capsaicin and the Corydalis plant is consistent with studies I have come across over the years, studies that somehow never made it into mainstream treatment guidelines. The twin study from Mount Sinai is real and the findings about AGE plaques are well documented in the literature. I recommended this video to my wife and two friends who suffer from peripheral neuropathy. Whether or not they watch the whole thing is up to them, but the information here is worth hearing.

I slept through the night without waking up once. My daughter could not believe it when I told her.

For almost two years I was waking up at 2 or 3 in the morning with that burning fire feeling in both feet. I would sit on the edge of the bed and just wait for it to calm down. My husband started sleeping in the guest room because I was disturbing him so much. After watching this video and learning about what is actually happening to the nerves, I understood why no cream or painkiller ever lasted more than a few hours. The explanation about the myelin sheath was the clearest thing anyone has ever told me about why I feel the way I do.
