Nobody ever explained the blood flow part to me like this

I am 64 and have seen three different doctors over the years. Not one of them talked about plaque in the small vessels or the toxin angle. I paused the video twice just to write down the names of the studies she mentioned. My wife is going to watch it tonight.

The part about the blue pills hit home

I took them for almost three years and they slowly stopped doing much. I always had a headache and my face would flush. Hearing that they only deal with the symptom and not the reason blood flow drops finally made sense to me. Watched the whole thing without skipping.

I showed this to my wife and we talked for the first time in months

Eva's story could have been ours. Karen and I had stopped talking about it altogether and just slept on opposite edges of the bed. We watched together and, for the first time in a long while, we had an honest conversation. That alone was worth the twenty minutes.

Skeptical at first, but the toxin explanation is hard to ignore

I am a retired machinist, so I do not buy things easily. What got my attention was the BPA and pesticide section, since I worked around chemicals for thirty years. I went and looked up the Mayo Clinic and Oxford references on my own afterward.

Wish I had heard this five years ago

I spent a lot of money on supplements from the internet that did nothing. This is the first time anyone explained why. It is about blood flow, not willpower and not age. I felt less alone watching it, honestly. Sharing with my brother-in-law.

The Aghori ritual history was fascinating

I had never heard of the Aghori or the Brahmin bull story before. I am 61 and my wife of 34 years was the one who sent me this link. Whatever you think of it, the explanation of how blood flow drops over time is the clearest I have come across.
